6 Daily Health Habits
The choices we make today, create our tomorrow. I recorded this video a few months ago, and I thought I'd share it with you here. In this video I describe 6 areas of a Wellness Lifestyle, and
what you can start doing today to support yourself and your family.
Who's Dr. Bridge?
I'm Dr. Brigitte Rossi, aka Brig (pronounced Bridge). I was born into a health conscious, outside the box thinking family. Growing up, we learned to look for the root cause of an issue, for win/win situations, and to always think outside the box for solutions or answers.
Starting in high school, I would have people ask me health questions or why I did things the way I did. Why didn't I do the mainstream things everyone else did?
The questions never stopped. In college, as I studied to become a Chiropractor, I would challenge my professors research and thinking process (not always appreciated), so that I could expand my understanding.
Then as life's journey continued for myself as well as a Doctor in Chiropractic, I continued learning and deepened my path of discovery. Today, I get questions almost daily from either patients, friends, family, colleagues or others asking for advice or what options they may have, or simply for where to find the resources they need.
I believe it's not about there being 1 correct choice for all, but simply doing the work, finding your choices and what's best for YOU. No one has control over your health but you. Every choice you make, is a path that will effect your tomorrow. So be it, emotional, physical or spiritual, we all have a choice to heal, to be healthy, and to determine what's working and not working for ourselves.
I am simply here as a guide to share my knowledge, training and understanding, so that I can possibly save you some time and energy in the discovery process so that you may make more conscious and healthy choices today for your life and your family's life tomorrow.

Most day I get questions that start with "Dr. Brig, What would you do for....". This has inspired me to share my answers, knowledge and thoughts here to share with others so that more people may become empowered in their health and begin their journey in making more conscious choices and create a healthier, empowered tomorrow.
